Heeeeeeeyyy… Thanks for stopping by. Here’s some handy info you might need if you’re thinking about placing an order for any of my original art, prints, or whatever else I have listed.
Shipping And Tax Info
Most items are shipped directly from my studio while some may be shipped by one of my printing vendors. Sales tax is charged to orders shipping to California addresses.
You may see multiple shipping prices applied to your order. Some items, such as T-shirts, are shipped from my printing vendor and therefore separate shipping fees will apply. I try to keep shipping prices as low as possible, so items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and are calculated during checkout. Some items do not accrue additional shipping fees for additional items. Prices cover shipping fees, time, and material. Shipping prices are subject to change without notice.
When Will You Receive Your Order?
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and your location. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Please allow at least a week for items listed as print-on-demand to fulfill and ship, and then the normal 2-10 business days for arrival.
Return And Exchange Policy
I do not accept returns for refunds. I only accept exchanges if the item or items you received are damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item(s). Please send an email explaining the problem within 14 days. If I can accept an exchange, I will email you a return label and arrange for the exact same item(s) to be sent to you.
For apparel, I currently do not accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size. Please double-check the size you are ordering. For T-shirts, the brand I use is pre-shrunk, so if you do not like a snug or form fit, please consider ordering one size up.
If your order does not arrive, please let me know and I will investigate. If I cannot solve the shipping/delivery problem on my end, I will resubmit your order or offer a refund.
Shipping Orders Outside Of The US
I do accept international orders, but please be patient. International shipping isn’t easy, and each country has its own customs policy.
Communication And Privacy
I keep things simple:
- When you place an order or contact me, I may add you to my email list to keep you updated on new projects and art-related things for sale. These emails are very infrequent and you can easily opt out by clicking “Unsubscribe” in the email.
- I will never, ever, ever sell or distribute your personal information to anyone unless a) it is necessary to fill the order you’ve placed, as in the case of shipping, or b) the law requires that I do so. Which I hope is never.
