Tech Service Calls

* Out of Stockton Area will incur a travel fee.
** Block time discount available with minimum advance purchase of 20 hours. NOTE: If you run out of block time, regular service rates will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Regular Service Call: $95 / hour per tech
    1 hr. min billed in half hr. increments thereafter
  • Service Call with Block Time: $80 / hour per tech
    1 hr. min billed in half hr. increments thereafter
  • Emergency Service Calls, 7 Days/Week: $120.00 / hour per tech
    2 hr. min. billed in half hr. increments thereafter

Maintenance Calls

* Out of Stockton Area will incur a travel fee.
** Maintenace time may vary due to conditions such as internet speed, computer specificiations & performance, computer availability, and previous maintenance cycle.

  • Un-contracted Maintenance: $95 / hour per tech
  • Packages:

Monthly = $60 per tech hour


Bi-Monthly = $65 per tech hour


Quarterly = $75 per tech hour
